In December I was happy to be introduced to Royal Caribbean’s newest
member of Voyager Class ships, Navigator of the Seas. Voyager class ships
are the biggest ships sailing. They offer more onboard activities, more
unique adventures and so many “first ever” features such as rock climbing,
miniature golf, in-line skating track and an ice skating rink.
The Navigator of the Seas offers many more choices than ever before. There
are many more dining options. Those who like the comfort of a set seating
at the same table still have that option. Those who want to have more of a
resort type vacation have the choice of a steakhouse, pacific rim, gourmet
Italian or a burger. Clothing options are from dressy to casual and
everything in between. Every night there is different entertainment ranging from Broadway-style
productions in the 5 level theater to comedy acts and even an ice show.
There are lounges to listen to your favorite music or sing karaoke or
dance to. And don’t forget the casino. On all Voyager class ships the center of activity is the Royal Promenade,
a boulevard two football fields long and four decks high, where you will
find shops and cafes, street performers, street fairs and the Navigator of
the Seas is no exception. Every week the Royal Promenade becomes Mardi
Gras complete with costumes and a parade. There are many more things that I would love to tell you about but do not
have room for. Navigator of the Seas sails alternating Eastern & Western
Caribbean itineraries from its home port of Miami. Call us for more
information about having a very unique sailing experience. |
