I’ve been cruising with Royal Caribbean since 1987 and can definitely tell you whenever you book them, rest assured, they will always deliver a great vacation!  My time on Radiance of the Seas this past December was another outstanding week.  From embarkation at the port of Ft. Lauderdale, somewhat busier than I remembered in the past but very organized, everything was wonderful. 

The ship was gorgeous and the decorations for the holiday were very well done.  The design of the ship was passenger friendly and we really didn’t have to look very far for anything throughout the week.  All food and service was exceptional throughout the week however I was not surprised ~ this has always been my experience with Royal Caribbean.  The Crown & Anchor (a passenger loyalty program)

Cocktail party for return guests was the most memorable event on this cruise.  Captain Kent Ringborn welcomed and entertained us with his leading man good looks and wonderful singing voice!  We were surrounded by friendly and talented staff the entire week. 

Beatlemania was a fabulous show that had everyone dancing in the aisles! If you love the Fab Four, this one is definitely a must see.  Also if you ever see The Knudsen Bothers are onboard don’t miss their show.  They are one of the most talented family acts I’ve ever seen.  

Radiance of the Seas is in the Caribbean until May and then moves to Alaska through early September.  Alaska is also an excellent destination to consider onboard The Radiance because her design allows for many spectacular views while cruising. 

Also the solarium onboard is a wonderful enclosed pool, waterfall and relaxation area you can enjoy all day or after an action packed day of shore excursions.
